Monthly ad revenue up from ₹7.6 lakh to ₹14.0 lakh as spend rose from ₹4.0 lakh to ₹5.2 lakh, with order value up 21%.
Kora & Clay Home is a D2C home linen brand based in Jaipur that ships across India. I worked on the account from January to June 2025, across Google Shopping and Performance Max, Meta catalogue ads, Shopify and the Conversions API.
Return on ad spend, up from 1.9.
More monthly revenue from ads, from ₹7.6 lakh to ₹14.0 lakh.
Higher average order value, from ₹1,849 to ₹2,240.
Share of products disapproved, down from 18%.
What wasn’t working.
Kora & Clay spent ₹4 lakh a month for ₹7.6 lakh in tracked revenue. Meta was missing many purchases, the product feed was a list of print names, and Performance Max was quietly taking credit for people already searching for the brand.
- Lost purchases. Browser-only pixel tracking meant roughly three in ten Shopify orders never reached Meta.
- A weak feed. Titles like “Gulmohar” and “Neela” said nothing about the product, and 18% of items were disapproved.
- Low basket size. Most orders were a single pillow-cover set, with an average order of ₹1,849.

Five changes, in the order they mattered.
Conversions API with deduplication
Server-side events through the Shopify integration, deduplicated against the pixel. Meta now sees more than nine in ten orders.
Feed rules and AI-assisted titles
A title template (product type, material, size, print, colour) drafted with AI and reviewed in Sheets, custom labels for margin and bestsellers, and an Apps Script feed that drops out-of-stock sizes every morning.
Performance Max split by margin
High- and low-margin products in separate campaigns with their own ROAS targets, brand terms excluded and covered by a small brand Search campaign.
Creative testing on Meta
AI-assisted hook variants and simple videos of beds being made up, run through Advantage+ catalogue ads. Losers were cut weekly.
Bundles and alerts
Bedsheet and pillow-cover bundles with a free-shipping threshold at ₹1,999, plus scripts for pacing and ROAS alerts and a daily dashboard.
What changed, month by month.
Spend grew, revenue grew faster
Monthly ad spend and tracked revenue in lakh rupees (bars), against return on ad spend (line). December is the baseline.
Revenue by channel
Monthly tracked revenue from ads by channel, in lakh rupees, December against June.
Average order value
Average order value each month as bundles and the free-shipping threshold went live.
Still running today
- The feed drops out-of-stock sizes every morning.
- Pacing and ROAS alerts run every hour.
- The revenue dashboard updates every day.
